PAYMENT POLICY
1. Both author and non author who pay before 30 October 2017 are considered as Early Bird.
2. Papers with payment received after 21 January 2018, will be excluded from the Conference Proceedings.
3. Local Participants refer to participants' Indonesia-based affiliation and do not refer to the nationality.
4. Student participants refer to Undergraduate or Master Degree students.
5. Transfer fees/bank charges are the responsibility of the participants.
